Citizenship
Any individual who holds a tax-paying job will be afforded the right to vote on matters of the State. Individuals must vote to gain citizenship.
Amendment: in order to hire from abroad then the company or corporation has to prove that there are no native-born qualified for the job.

School
Government must provide a mandatory four years of schooling for all citizens under the age of eighteen.
Church and State
Religion and state must hereby be separated whereas religion will play no part in justifying laws dealing with the civil liberties of any individual.
Rights
No individual may be denied their rights of life, freedom of slavery and unlawful servitude, privacy, and property for any reasons within legal guidelines. Women now have the same rights as any man.
